4B Foundation believes in education equity and thereby organized education camps in the community to lead the youth to better opportunities and generate awareness about the various education schemes by the government.

Education Resource Centre (ERC) is run by the 4B Foundation and only takes in children between 6-14 years of age. Students at ERC have an activity oriented curriculum and are mainly taught about personality building and soft skill development through various plays and awareness generation shows.
